When the energy doesn’t flow correctly in our body, it causes bad circulation and it lowers the blood quality at the same time. The bad circulation creates toxins and results in sickness or tightness of muscle.
How do you maintain good circulation? There are some simple and easy ways to do.
- Eat slowly.
Many people have a lot of work to do or simply don’t have enough time to eat; most people eat very fast or eat when they are at work. Most people forget to chew and swallow their food very fast. When food remains in our stomach without digesting well over three hours, it starts to decay. Guess what? Our small and larger intestines absorb the toxin back to our body. So, what we eat is garbage. In order to keep the high quality blood level, eating slowly is very important.
- Sleep early.
Gallbladder and liver are the organs that clean toxins and produce blood. Our energy goes to Gallbladder and liver between 11pm to 3 pm. During this time, the gallbladder and liver requires the most energy to build up or regenerate their functions. If people don’t sleep during time, the energy will be split up and these organs can not get the most benefit of our body’s energy. Therefore, since the liver cannot filter toxins out people will begin to feel tired and sickness because of the buildup of toxins in our body.
- Suitable exercise.
Too much heavy exercise or sports are not good for our body. I recommend walking. 30-60 minutes walking a day is the most suitable exercise.
